• What practices or routines are no longer serving us—and need to be cleared out?
• What systems can we reorganize to run more smoothly?
• Where do we need a fresh start to support our students. teams, educators, and families more effectively?
Spring cleaning in MTSS isn’t about doing more—it’s about doing what matters with greater efficiency and impact.
Clear the clutter. Keep the essentials. Make space for growth.
Maybe it’s team meetings, data routines, Tier 1 supports—or how you support your staff.
Little shifts now = big impact later.
