MTSS Monday: Your Leadership Voice Matters
You’re Not Just Sharing a Message—You are a Messenger.
I recently worked with a district leader who said, “I feel like I’m repeating the same message over and over.”
However during a moment of reflection, when the leader paused to ask the team what they remembered from the last meeting, it was clear the message was just beginning to take root.
That made me reflect on my own work. I’ve caught myself wondering - Am I just saying the same things again and again?
But here’s what I’ve come to realize:
🔁 In system-level leadership, repetition is part of the work.
💬 The message might feel familiar, but it may be just landing for someone else.
🧭 And most importantly—we’re not just repeating messages; we’re building meaning.
➡️ You’re not just delivering the message. You are a messenger.
Your story.
Your expertise.
Your local context.
Your perspective.
Your lived experience.
That’s what gives this work heart—and that’s what helps teams move together with purpose.
🧩 You don’t have to carry the message alone. Strong systems aren’t built by one voice—they’re built when leaders bring others along, equip them, and create space for multiple messengers.
This is how culture grows.
This is how alignment sticks.
This is how sustainable change happens.
So if you’re feeling like a broken record right now…
🎯 Keep going.
🎯 You’re building culture, clarity, and coherence.
🎯 Your voice is the reminder teams need—especially when things feel uncertain.
What message are you carrying forward this week—not because it’s new, but because it’s worth saying again?
